At APEXCLOUD LLC, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes for our hosting and related services.

1. Refund Eligibility

1.1 Money-Back Guarantee:

  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for shared hosting plans. Refunds are not available for VPS, dedicated servers, or domain registrations.

1.2 Pro-Rated Refunds:

  • Services canceled after the money-back period may qualify for pro-rated refunds, excluding setup fees and add-ons.

1.3 Ineligible Cases:

  • Refunds are not provided for accounts terminated due to policy violations or misuse.

2. Cancellation Process

  • Unauthorized chargebacks will result in account suspension and a fee of $50 for reactivation.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

4.2 Payment Method:

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method used during purchase.

5. No Refunds for Add-Ons

  • Add-ons such as SSL certificates, additional IP addresses, and software licenses are non-refundable.
