  • Using excessive bandwidth, CPU, or disk space beyond your plan’s limits.
  • Running scripts or applications that adversely impact server performance.

2. Enforcement and Penalties

2.1 Service Suspension:

  • APEX CLOUD LLC reserves the right to suspend accounts violating this AUP without notice.

2.2 Termination of Services:

  • Repeated or severe violations may result in the permanent termination of your account.

2.3 Legal Action:

  • Illegal activities will be reported to law enforcement authorities, and violators may face legal consequences.
